- 8 hot dogs, sliced
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (16.5 oz)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chili and sliced hot dogs.
- If using, add the diced onions and bell peppers to the mixture.
- Spread the chili and hot dog mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly over the chili mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
