- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100g broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked udon noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or sriracha sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick meal.
