- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top.
- Crumble the cooked bacon over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
