Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  4. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top.
