Ingredients

  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one edge.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly from the edge to form a spring roll.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
