- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one edge.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly from the edge to form a spring roll.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to ensure crispy rolls.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or bean sprouts for extra flavor.
- These spring rolls can be frozen before frying for later use.
