Instructions
- Mix the marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Pour in the olive oil and whisk until combined.
- Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
- Preheat your cooking surface: Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the chicken: Place the marinated chicken on your grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until a golden-brown crust forms and the chicken is cooked through.
