- 8 oz long rice noodles

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.

- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add the long rice noodles and soy sauce, cooking until the noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
