Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine ground chicken, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce over it.
