Description

A delicious and versatile Chicken Crunch Wrap featuring seasoned chicken, crispy tostada, and fresh ingredients, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tostada shell
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, taco seasoning) to taste
  • Oil for cooking (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with your choice of seasoning in a medium bowl.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and layer with seasoned chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
  3. Place the tostada shell on top of the layered ingredients.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, wrapping up the filling.
  5. Heat your skillet over medium heat and place the wrapped crunch wrap seam-side down. Cook until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the filling in advance and store it in the fridge for up to two days. Customize with your favorite ingredients.
