- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Layer each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, shredded Swiss cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over low heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Serve the chicken rolls topped with the Swiss cheese sauce.

- For a healthier option, you can bake the chicken instead of frying.
- Feel free to add herbs or spices to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
