- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit pieces with the chicken mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Grease a bundt pan and layer the biscuit mixture evenly.
- Pour the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
