- ⅔ cup butter (melted)
- 1⅓ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup REESE’S PIECES
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 11 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the melted butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture without over mixing.
- Smooth the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle REESE’S PIECES on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until firm on top and slightly moist in center.
- Let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
Try adding chocolate chips or butterscotch chips for extra richness, or sprinkle sea salt on top before baking for a sweet and salty contrast.
