Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
