- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add it to the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the steak and let it rest for a few moments.
- Add the shrimp, bell pepper, and onion to the same skillet, sautéing until the shrimp are pink and vegetables soften (about 3-4 minutes).
