  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the diced potatoes to the bowl and stir to coat them in the ranch mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the potato mixture over the top.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
