- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced potatoes to the bowl and stir to coat them in the ranch mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the potato mixture over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
