Description
A delicious dish featuring tender steak bites coated in a cheesy garlic sauce, served over creamy linguine pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix well.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
