- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the loaf of bread in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Brush the remaining garlic butter mixture over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
