Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat, and sprinkle in the shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
- Lay out lettuce leaves or tortillas. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately while warm.
