- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
