  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the frozen peas and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
