- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package of flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef with cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the roll-ups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
