- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, to form pockets.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite burger toppings.
- These pockets can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
