Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, to form pockets.
  7. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
