A delicious and hearty sandwich featuring turkey, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese on toasted sourdough bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer the turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter in the pan.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about another 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some sliced tomatoes or avocado.
- Use a panini press for a crispier sandwich.
- Adjust the amount of bacon and cheese to your preference.
