- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers.
- Grill the pork bites for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions or sesame seeds as a garnish.
- These bites can be served with a side of rice or steamed vegetables.
- Adjust the sweetness of the marinade by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
