- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, cheese, almond flour, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small tot shapes.
- Place the tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
