  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup candy corn, chopped
  • Yellow and orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Divide the batter into three bowls. Leave one bowl plain, color the second with yellow food coloring, and the third with orange food coloring.
  5. Pour the plain batter over the crust, followed by the yellow batter, and then the orange batter, smoothing the tops.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, whip heavy cream and top the cheesecake with whipped cream and chopped candy corn.
