Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup candy corn, chopped
- Yellow and orange food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Divide the batter into three bowls. Leave one bowl plain, color the second with yellow food coloring, and the third with orange food coloring.
- Pour the plain batter over the crust, followed by the yellow batter, and then the orange batter, smoothing the tops.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip heavy cream and top the cheesecake with whipped cream and chopped candy corn.
Notes
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to adjust the food coloring to achieve desired shades.
