- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook until browned.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to taste for desired spiciness.
- For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey for beef.
