Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and egg yolk until fully blended. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking vigorously to emulsify the dressing until it achieves a creamy texture.
  2. Toss the Greens: Rinse the Romaine lettuce thoroughly, then use a salad spinner to dry it completely. Tear or chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in your large bowl.
  3. Combine with Dressing: Pour the dressing over the lettuce. Use tongs to gently toss, ensuring each leaf is coated in that wonderful creamy goodness.
