  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and buffalo sauce, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked macaroni and shredded chicken with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
