Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Mix the glaze by combining brown sugar, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Prepare the ham in a roasting pan and brush generously with the glaze.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes.
- Uncover the ham for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Rest the ham for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
