  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on each triangle.
  4. Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  5. Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages.
