- 1 package of mini sausages (about 12–16 sausages)
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on each triangle.
- Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like mustard or ketchup.
