Ingredients

- 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
- Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, and cheese on one half of each circle.
- Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
