- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix bourbon, brown sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the peach slices on top of the salmon.
- Pour the bourbon mixture over the salmon and peaches.
