- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl until crumbly.
- Press half of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is softened and allow the bars to cool completely before cutting.
