Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ⅓ cup ice-cold whole milk (or oat/almond for dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the blue tea: Boil water, pour it over dried butterfly pea flowers in a teapot, and steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain the flowers and let the tea cool.
  2. Make the vanilla cold foam: Blend chilled milk and vanilla syrup for about 10 seconds until foamy.
  3. Assemble the latte: Fill a tall glass with ice, pour cooled blue tea over the ice, and top with vanilla cold foam.
  4. Serve and enjoy: Keep the layers visible or stir for a creamy blend.

Notes

For iced version, brew a larger batch of blue tea and store in the fridge. To make a warm version, skip the ice and add heated milk directly to the brewed tea.
