- 1 cup hot water
- ⅓ cup ice-cold whole milk (or oat/almond for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Brew the blue tea: Boil water, pour it over dried butterfly pea flowers in a teapot, and steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain the flowers and let the tea cool.
- Make the vanilla cold foam: Blend chilled milk and vanilla syrup for about 10 seconds until foamy.
- Assemble the latte: Fill a tall glass with ice, pour cooled blue tea over the ice, and top with vanilla cold foam.
- Serve and enjoy: Keep the layers visible or stir for a creamy blend.
Notes
For iced version, brew a larger batch of blue tea and store in the fridge. To make a warm version, skip the ice and add heated milk directly to the brewed tea.
