- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a large baking sheet, lay out one tortilla and spread a layer of cheese, chicken, bell peppers, onions, and cilantro.
- Place another tortilla on top and repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a tortilla on top.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the stacked tortillas into wedges, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with salsa and sour cream.
