Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
- Place the chicken on the griddle, searing for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add minced garlic to the griddle and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
