  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with blackening seasoning until well coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until blackened and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
