- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup blackberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until absorbed.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden; let cool.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Warm the blackberry jam in a saucepan, then stir in the fresh blackberries.
- Pour the blackberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
