Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup blackberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until absorbed.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden; let cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Warm the blackberry jam in a saucepan, then stir in the fresh blackberries.
  8. Pour the blackberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
