Description

Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
    • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the Caesar dressing by combining garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Toss the Romaine lettuce with the dressing until well coated.
  4. Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, gently mixing to combine.
  5. Season with freshly cracked black pepper and serve immediately.
