- Caesar Dressing:
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Anchovy Paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the Caesar dressing by combining garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the Romaine lettuce with the dressing until well coated.
- Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, gently mixing to combine.
- Season with freshly cracked black pepper and serve immediately.
Notes
For optimal flavor, make the dressing a day in advance. Store salad components separately to maintain freshness.
