Instructions

- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the pulled pork mixture and shredded cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
