Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a donut pan.
- Mix the mashed bananas, sugar, and egg in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil, mixing until well blended.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Frost each cooled donut and serve immediately.
