- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- If using, stir in the cooked pasta until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
