  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  6. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
