- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
