- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture and stir until the spaghetti is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
