Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can be customized with chocolate chips or dried fruit.
