Description

A delicious and hearty bread loaf stuffed with bacon, cheese, and all the classic cheeseburger flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of bread
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ground beef, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
  5. Place the top back on the loaf and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
