Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add half of the apple pie filling over the noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and half of the caramel sauce.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture, apple pie filling, and caramel sauce.
  9. Top with whipped topping and chopped nuts if desired.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade apple pie filling.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
