A delightful dessert that combines the flavors of apple pie and lasagna, topped with a creamy whipped topping.

- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the cream cheese mixture.
- Add half of the apple pie filling over the noodles.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and half of the caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture, apple pie filling, and caramel sauce.
- Top with whipped topping and chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade apple pie filling.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
