Air Fryer Tofu Nuggets are crispy, delicious bites made from marinated tofu, perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and cornstarch.
- Coat each marinated tofu cube in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tofu nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for longer if time allows.
- Experiment with different spices in the breadcrumb mixture.
- These nuggets can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
