Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked risotto, Pecorino Romano cheese, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each rice ball in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
